Returns Policy

At Den & Paw, your satisfaction — and your pup’s comfort — is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• In original or gently used condition
• Free from excessive pet hair, stains, or damage beyond normal use
• Returned with original packaging where possible

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@denandpaw.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item. Just let us know in your return request and we’ll get the right product sent out to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.
